Summary Defence Police Station have arrested CMs son-in-law Ali Imran.

Chief Minister Punjab’s son-in-law Ali Imran has been arrested over his involvement in assaulting a young bakery worker for not serving his wife and Shahbaz Sharif’s daughter Rabia Imran.Police said that Ali Imran was arrested Wednesday under Section 109 of Pakistan Penal Code after he appeared before investigating officers.Earlier, Chief Minister Punjab instructed the authorities to incriminate Ali Imran in the assault case.Shahbaz Sharif said that the rule of law was dearest to him, and being a Chief Minister he was answerable to the people.He said that anybody, including family members of ruling elite, was not beyond the reach of the law. “I have issued instructions that this case would be dealt on merit and justice be done,” he said.A worker at a bakery in Lahore was publicly assaulted on October 7, 2012 by police personnel allegedly at the behest of Chief Minister Punjab’s daughter Rabia Imran.
