Summary The SC on Wednesday discharged the appeal for the registration of second FIR in the BB murder case.
A five member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Tasadduq Hussain resumed the hearing of appeal for the registration of second FIR in Benazir Bhutto murder case here.Benazir Bhutto’s the then Protocol Officer, Aslam Chaudhry had filed this appeal for including the names of Pervez Musharraf, Chaudhry Pervaiz Ellahi, Rahman Malik, Babar Awan, and others in the second FIR.The court raising objection on the status of the petitioner said that such petition could only be filed by the heirs of the deceased. Thereafter, Aslam Chaudhry withdrew his petition and the case was disposed off.
