Summary Asif Zardari has made Yousaf Raza Gilani in-charge of PPPs entire election campaign.
Well-placed sources informed Online that Gilani would be at the helm of PPP’s affairs related to next general elections.Besides leading the election campaign, Gilani would also have decisive say in seat adjustments with coalition partners, especially PM L-Q, sources added.Gilani, who poured out his woeful grievances to President Zardari during a dinner party hosted at President House, was consoled with high assurances by President Zardari, and (Gilani) finally mellowed out, giving his unending vows of loyalty to his co-chairman, Zardari.Gilani was also grieved over ANF’s arrest of his son, Musa Ali Gilani over the Ephedrine case, and was severely disappointed over ‘government’s inaction’ and ‘inability’ to contain this arrest.
