Supreme Court of Pakistan has served a contempt of court notice on PCO Judge Zulfiaq Bokhari for using disrespectful language for judiciary, Dunya News Monday reported. Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary remarked that the court also planned to serve contempt of court notices on four-member bench who opposed the November 3 decision of the SC.A 14-member larger bench of the Supreme Court (SC) was hearing the review petitions on the decision of July 31. The case is related to the PCO judges affected by the apex courts verdict on imposition of the emergency in the country. The bench is headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary. The bench is hearing the appeals for review on the courts judgment of July 31 2009, which declared the emergency imposed by the former president Pervez Musharraf on November 3, 2007 and the PCO unconstitutional.
