Summary PTI march may not go beyond DIK as SWA administration has not issued any permit for rally.

The PTI’s rally led by its Chairman Imran Khan arrives in Dera Ismail Khan and it will leave for South Waziristan tomorrow after night stay at DIK. The rally participants will spend night at Ameen Model Farm of Hathala, where a tent city has been set up for the purpose.Khan will talk to media persons and tribesmen at the farm house. The victims of the US missile strikes in tribal areas will be produced before the foreign media.The destination of the PTI’s rally is South Waziristan’s area of Kotkai; however, the procession’s advance is expected to be cut short in DI Khan or Tank.According to the Fata Secretariat sources, the rally may not be allowed to advance further owing to non-conducive circumstances in the violence-hit area.It is worth mentioning here that Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government also does not seem happy with the peace march. KPKs information minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain has said that Khan will endanger his life along with others as well.The provincial government also raised the matter of over hundred foreign media personnel and human rights activists coming with Khan, as they possess visas but did not obtain the NOC to enter DI Khan or SWA.The KPK Home Department has asserted that no foreigners will be allowed entry without the proper permit.Earlier, historical peace rally of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) has kicked off for Waziristan to protest against US drone strikes in the tribal area which resulted collateral damage and counter product of terrorism.PTI Chairman Imran Khan is leading the peace caravan to Waziristan from Islamabad on Saturday morning, a large numbers of foreigners including US and British nationals and international media accompanied by Imran Khan.Meanwhile, PTI chief Imran Khan Saturday said that his peace rally had no threat of a Taliban attack, adding that he was scared of politicians and not Taliban.Imran Khan was addressing the media in Islamabad before leading the march towards Waziristan.He slammed JUI-F chief Maulana Fazulur Rehman for his statements regarding invasion of Jews in the country. He said Maulana had been trying hard to malign his party.Imran Khan said government should not create hurdles in the rally, adding that everyone should join the peace rally. He also said that the government had a dual policy over drone attacks.Earlier, Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) spokesman, Ahsanullah Ahsan Friday denied reports that the militant organization had assured a safe-passage for Paksitan Tehrik-e-Insaf peace march through their tribal stronghold.
