A shutter-down and wheel-jam strike was observed in various districts of Sindh province on Tuesday against the erstwhile Sindh People’s Local Government Ordinance (SPLGO).Meanwhile a complete shutter-down strike was observed in Sukkur, Hyderabad, Larkana, Nawabshah, Khairpur, Thatta, Dadu, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Ghotki and in some other small towns of the province.No public transport plied the roads. The protesters took out large rallies and burnt tires on the National Highway.
