Summary Zahid Bokhari says justice is not expected from Shoaib Suddal.
He was talking to media men at Lahore High Court (LHC) here Monday.He went on to say he had no personal differences with Shoaib Suddal but he had reservations only on the methodology adopted in formation of commission.Shoaib Suddal commission was not authorized to probe into Arsalan Iftikhar case because an individual could not hold inquiry of a case of such significant and sensitive nature.Shoaib Suddal had personal relations with Arsalan Iftikhar family therefore, we cannot expect justice, he added.To a question he said Shoaib Suddal Commission had again summoned they on October, 4 but they would not appear before the commission unless review petition against the commission was decided.
