A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case pertaining to theappointment of chairman of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA)on Monday.Prosecutor general NAB KK Agha told the court that reference against chairman NAB Tauqir Sadiq has been prepared, adding that it will be filed within next two days.Chief justice said that NAB was supposed to identify all those involved in the embezzlement of millions of rupees. He said that NAB cannot launch separate inquiry besides Supreme Court’s orders.Expressing dissatisfaction over the report, the bench sought the details of term of reference and record of minutes of executive board meetings. The case has been adjourned till Tuesday.
