NADRA admits mistakes in Dr Firdous ID card form B

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has shown two husbands and two kids of Federal Minister for Population Welfare Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan in her ID cards B form; however, Deputy Chairman NADRA Tariq Malik says only one card has been issued while B form has been tempered. Chairman Talha Mehmood told the meeting of Standing Committee on Interior that two husbands and two kids had been shown on the card issued on the name of Firdous Ashiq Awan. Chairman NADRA Ali Arshad Hakeem told the committee that the personnel involved in the issuance of wrong ID card had been arrested after filing a case against them. Talking to Dunya News, Tariq Malik reiterated that only one card had been issued to Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan and B form was tempered, adding that the issue dated back to year 2003.
