Summary At least 18 people were shot dead in target killing incidents in different parts of Karachi.
The wave of target killing has been intensified in Karachi and claimed lives of 18 innocent people in the past 24 hours.Some unidentified miscreants opened fire and shot dead Lala Fazal in Sarjani Town. In a separate incident in the same locality, an activist of a political party, Umar Sheikh was shot dead while another person was wounded.In new Karachi, unidentified gunmen shot dead Nisar and injured his brother Waheed. Miscreants gunned down Nazir in Kala Board area of Malir. Bilal Ali was shot dead in Lee Market area while a woman was killed in Landhi.Some unidentified gunmen, riding on motorcycle, opened fire in Gulbahar area and killed Zafar and Abid. Zafar was stated to be a worker of a political party. In Yousuf Goth area of Korangi, miscreants shot dead Mehar Ali.A man, identified as Khalid Punjabi, was gunned down near Fawara Chowk. In Dalmia, miscreants shot dead Jameel while Zahir Abbas was gunned down in Gulberg.Some unidentified gunmen shot deat Naeem Baloch in Orangi Town while police have recovered dead body of a youth from Mirza Adam Khan Road in Malir area.
