Summary The SC has admitted the review petition of Malik Riaz for hearing against Saddal Commission.
The Supreme Court court will start hearing of the petition on October 2.As per media reports, Zahid Hussain Bokhari, counsel for Malik Riaz Hussain had filed review petition with regard to objections raised by registrar office. The petition has been fixed for hearing on October, 2.Talking to media outside SC, Zahid Hussain Bokhari counsel for Malik Riaz Hussain said registrar office had not accepted review petition and therefore, we have again filed review petition. We had raised objections on Shoaib Saddal Commission but bench had rejected these objections, he added. We will take up all the points in the court on October 2.
