Summary Government had reservations over NRO implantation case, but no u-turn on writing letter, says Kaira.
Information and Broadcasting Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira has said the government has not taken any u-turn on writing letter to the Swiss authorities. He said that earlier the federation had some reservations over the NRO implantation case, therefore, the government did not write letter to the Swiss authorities. Kaira added that the apex court itself admitted that Asif Ali Zardari was also the president of the court and didn’t want to open cases against him.He said that former prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani was an honour of the PPP and his services and sacrifices would always be remembered.
