Bannu: Peace Committee Chief, four others killed in suicide attack

Five people including Bakka Khel Peace Committee Chief Maulana Hakim were killed in a suicide bomb blast in FR Bannu on Monday, reported Dunya News. Maulana Hakim was heading towards market from home in car when suicide attacker rammed explosive laden vehicle into Maulanas car. The deceased include Maulana Hakim, his two friends and two body guards. Hakims car was completely damaged in the blast while security forces surrounded the area after the incident. Sources disclosed that Hakim was actively involved in establishing peace in the area.
