Summary CJP has ordered to remove blasphemous movie from the internet.
The apex court observed PEMRA and PTA should keep its eyes open in such matters.The apex court heard the plea filed by Jamaat Islami about the obscene material.The court took the notice of the blasphemous movie during the hearing of the case and directed the registrar to prepare the note.Justice Khilji Arif Hussain said it was pity that the blasphemous movie was still on the net. Jamaat Islami filed an application regarding the movie which the court accepted.
