Summary PHC on Wednesday has declared the burial of man killed during custody without postmortem illegal.
Two-member bench of Peshawar High Court conducted hearing of 53 missing case. Chief Justice while commenting on demise of two men killed during police custody said that it is absolutely unlawful and illegal.In this regard, he also directed the Health Department for formation of Medical Board comprising specialist doctors.It was added that the postmortem report would also be submitted to the Registrar High Court.
