Summary Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has said that there is no danger to the prestige of the SC.
If anybody has idea or notion or thought in his or her mind, he or she should take it out for ever, said Chief Justice of Pakistan.While hearing case regarding dual nationality of parliamentarians, he said, “If Rehman Malik is defending his previous certificate, he must keep in mind that his membership has been cancelled in this regard.”The Chief Justice also said if Rehman Malik had renounced his dual citizenship, why he resigned from the seat of the Senate.Justice Khilji Arif remarked that Rehman Malik’s dual nationality has not been finished in accordance with law.The hearing has been adjourned till September 17.
