Talking in Dunya News programme Talash PPP leader said decision by Supreme Court bench in Arsalan case was not wise and it will create problems for Chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Choudhry.He said SC verdict in Arsalan case was careless and controversial. Justice S Kawaja and Justice Arif Khilji have created difficulties for the CJP, he added.About the issue of writing letter to the Swiss government Aitzaz said no prime minister would write any such letter come what may.“Can Shahbaz Sharif write a letter or lodge an FIR against Mian Nawaz Sharif. How can a PPP prime minister write a letter against a president from its own party,” he asked.
