Summary
At least 8 militants were killed in a skirmish with security forces in Malakand. According to security sources, dozens of militants attacked the security forces near Afghan refugee camp when they were on a search operation. In retaliation, eight militants were killed and others fled the scene. A Kalashnikove, a hand grenade and hundreds of bullets were recovered from the possession of militants. Sources told that militants killed by the security forces were 40 to 45 years old.
