Summary A three-member bench heard the case at SCs Quetta registry on Friday.

The Supreme Court while hearing the Balochistan law and order case summoned the federal defence and interior secretaries and commandant Frontier Crops (FC) of Dera Bugti on Saturday.A three-judge bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing the petition filed by the Balochistan Bar Association on the provincial law and order situation.The Supreme Court, in its interim order in the case, directed all intelligence agencies to revoke transit of all illegal arms and vehicles.The chief justice remarked that targeted killings and kidnappings for ransom were still ongoing in the province.Hearing of the case was adjourned till September 8.Earlier on Thursday, the bench had ordered the authorities to present a final report on missing persons in the next hearing.
