Summary SP Investigation Jamil Kakar was due to appear in Balochistan law and order case.
As per details, Superintendent of Police (SP) JamilKakar was heading towards Supreme Courts Quetta registry to appear in Balochistan law order case law, when unidentified attackers opened fire on his vehicle near airport, Dunya News reported on Friday.He died on the spot, while his guard sustained injuries in the incident. Later, the law enforcement agencies cordoned off the crime scene and launched search operation in the area.Jamil Kakar was posted at Saryab Road Police Station SP investigation and due to the sensitive nature of his job, he received numerous death threats.
