Dr Shoaib Suddle summoned a meeting finalise the framework in consultation with law experts to investigate case against Arsalan Iftikhar.The Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) Dr Shoaib Suddle was appointed as one-man commission by the Supreme Court to investigate Malik Riaz Hussain’s allegations against Dr Arsalan, son of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.Talking to media in Islamabad, Dr Shoib said that all institutions are bound to obery SC’s order under article 190.He said that he will play an impartial role and won’t come under any pressure during the investigation.
