Turkistan Bhittani, followers lay down arms

Leader of Bhittani tribes in Tank, Haji Turkistan Bhittani, had laid down arms in protest after he was stopped to carry on operation against militants. Talking to Dunya News, Turkistan Bhittani assured full cooperation to the Pak army. He said that government had stopped him to take further action against militants. His 300 followers had laid their arms down to the forces. He said that further 5,000 volunteers would return their arms soon. Bhittani said that he had no fear from Baitullah group but he would not fight against the militants now.
