Summary
Twelve additional judges of the Lahore High Court have taken oath of office today. On other hand, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has sent a final list of 13 new judges of the Sindh High Court to the Presidency for notification. Chief Justice LHC Khwaja Muhammad Sharif administered the oath. Justice Asad Munir, Justice Sagheer Ahmad Qadri, Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Abdur Rehman Ansari, Justice Najmul Hassan, Justice Tariq Javed, Justice Khwaja Imtiaz, Justice Mansoor Malik, Justice Tariq Masood, Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan and Justice Mansoor-ul-Hassan took the oath respectively. The number of LHC judges has been increased to 32 now. While a list of Sindh High Court judges include Justice Zafar Ahmad Sherwani, Justice Abdur Rashir Kalhor, Justice Shahid Anwer Bajwa, Justice Rukhsana Ahmad, Aqeel Abbasi, Justice Imran Ahmad, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Tufail Ali Abrahim, Justice Syed Ahmad Ali Shah, Justice Ghulam Sarwar Korai, Ahmed Ali Sheikh and Bajan Das Tejwani.
