Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Monday took notice of press conference held by PPP lawmaker Faisal Raza Abidi in which he hurled serious allegations against him and maligned the apex court.Faisal Raza Abidi on Sunday held a press conference at the National Press Club in Islamabad during which he hurled allegation of prejudice against Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and demanded resignations from him and other judges who were reinstated but had taken an oath under the Provisional Constitutional Order (PCO).Meanwhile, the Pakistan People’s Party also issued a show-cause notice to Abidi for his press conference. The notice was issued by party’s secretary general Jehangir Badar.
