Summary Water and Power Ministry claims to have ended unscheduled power cuts.
According to spokesperson of the ministry, the loadshedding issue should not be politicized and no one would be allowed to damage the public property in the name of protest. He said that unscheduled electricity loadshedding had been ended.The spokesperson said that the power shortfall has reached 3,410 as the country is producing 14,191MW electricity while demand is 17,601MW, adding that urban and rural areas of the country are facing 8 and 12 hours power cut.
