Summary The session court extended interim bail of three doctors till August 9 in Fahad murder case.
Additional session judge of Lahore heard the case pertaining to the murder of 1.5 year old Fahad in Mayo hospital during doctors’ strike over the formation of service structure.During the course of proceedings, the three accused doctors said that they had no connection with the death of 1.5 year old Fahad, adding that police filed a fake and unjustified case against them.Requesting the judge to confirm their bail, the accused doctors said that they were attending a session in Services hospital when Fahad died in Mayo hospital.The investigation officer said that the inquiry is underway on which the court directed the police to complete investigation and extended the interim bail of doctors till August 9. .
