Summary President Zardari and PM Raja Pervez chaired a meeting to review energy crisis at Presidency.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf chaired a high level meeting at the Presidency to review the energy situation in the country.Speaking on the occasion President Zardari said that there should be no loadshedding along with continuous natural gas supply during Sehri and Iftar time.Ch. Ahmed Mukhtar briefed the meeting about the latest power situation in the country. He said that the all the high voltage power pylons in Muzzaffargarh have been re-erected and the power disrupted due to their damage has been added to the national grid.The minister informed the meeting that the power situation was steadily improving and expressed the hope that with the rising water levels in reservoirs, the situation is further to improve with regards to power generation.
