Summary The Supreme Court will resume hearing of some important cases during this week.
According to details, a three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will resume hearing of ephedrine quota case today. During previous hearing, the court had asked Interior Secretary Khwaja Saidq Akbar to appear before the court.Meanwhile, Rawalpindi bench of the Lahore High Court will hear the applications of extension in interim bail of Ali Musa Gilani and Makhdoom Shahab-ud-Din in ephedrine quota case.A two-member SC bench, headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, will resume hearing of Arslan Iftikhar review case today. The court had also summoned Interior Secretary to appear today.Meanwhile, a five member special bench headed by Asif Saeed Khosa will hear NRO implementation case on August 8.
