Summary Court re-issued summons to two witnesses in Mumbai attacks case.
The judge of Rawalpindi’s anti-terrorism special court, Chaudhry Habibur Rehman heard the case pertaining to the 26-11 Mumbai attacks on Saturday.During the course of proceedings, FIA Prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar said that the arrested accused opened bank account in America after sending 250 dollars through money changer located in Blue Area of Islamabad.He said that the accused assisted militants in Mumbai attacks, adding that Zikar Rehman and other companions remained in contact with militants through telephone from 26 till 28th of November.He said Muhammad Ashfaq and Muhammad Nawaz alias Naji of money changer company are key witnesses to the case.The court adjourned the hearing till August 25 due to the absence of defence laywer while reissued summons to the witnesses.
