Qureshi meets Secretary General of Malaysian Foreign Ministry

Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi held a meeting with Secretary General of Malaysian Foreign Ministry Tan Sri Rastam M Esa on Tuesday and discussed ways and means to augment bilateral relations to mutual benefit of Pakistan and Malaysia. The Foreign Minister said that a Working Group is being established to examine the possibility of bilateral collaboration and promotion of halal food industry. It was agreed that the Malaysian expertise in halal food and Pakistans advantages in agriculture and livestock potential could be actively utilized to create win-win scenarios. Shah Mahmood Qureshi also explained his concept of public-private partnership to the Secretary General of Malaysian Foreign Ministry.
