Aitzaz Ahsan demands Musharrafs trial

Jamhoori Watan Party President Shah Zain Bugti has met with former president of Supreme Court Bar Association Atizaz Ahsan in Lahore. On the occasion, Aitzaz Ahsan said that a case should be registered against Pervez Musharraf for killing Akbar Bugti. Political situation of the country was discussed during the meeting. Talking to media, Aitzaz Ahsan said that Pervez Musharraf must put on trial as he had committed many crimes along with the killing of Akbar Bugti. He said that it would be better if the Parliament decided about the trial of Musharraf by passing a resolution under Article 6. Shah Zain Bugti said that as operation was continued in Balochistan, similarly separation movements were also working there. While talking to Dunya News, former President Pervez Musharrafs advocate Fawad Malik said the Federal Cabinet approved the operation in the Dera Bugti. Fawad said that Pervez Musharraf was not solely responsible for the operation so the case against Musharraf could not be registered on the appeal of Aitzaz Ahsan and Shah Zain Bugti. He said that nobody wanted to surface old issues except Muslim League-N and Aitzaz Ahsan.
