US refute accusation of involvement in Zias plane crash

The United States has rebuffed their alleged involvement in former president General Zia-ul-Haqs plane crash incident. The spokesman of US embassy in Islamabad, Senal Sair told Dunya News that the United States had no role in the plane crash incident of then president Zia-ul-Haq in 1988 near Bahawalpur. There is no truth in Brigadier (R) Imtiazs statements and the US did not impede the crash probe, he added.
