Summary Rehman Malik has submitted application in the SC to become party in Arsalan Iftikhar review case.
The petition was submitted by Advocate on Record on behalf of Rehman Malik.The appeal says that Arsalan Iftikhar took the stance that all agencies including IB, FIA and police were under the control of Rehman Malik and fair investigation is impossible.Rehman Malik took the stance that Iftikhar Arsalan tried to malign his as well as Islamabad Police reputation.Malik appealed the Supreme Court to allow him becoming party in the case so that he may clarify his position in detail.
