Summary The Supreme Court has accepted petitions against Army Act Rule 13 for hearing.
A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case and issued the notices to Attorney General and Defence Ministry for August 27.The apex court observed that it was mandatory to mention the reasons of punishment in court martial law.
