A powerful explosive device was found and defused in time on University Road near Safoora Chowrangi early Friday morning.According to details, the bomb weighing 13 kilogram was planted near a private school building.Officers of the bomb disposal squad told that two batteries were used in locally manufactured bomb that contain ball bearings, nut and bolts.
