Summary President Asif Ali Zardari Wednesday approved extensions in tenure of four Additional judges of PHC.
The Judges whose tenure has been extended include Mr Justice Khalid Mehmood, Mr Justice Nisar Hussain Khan, Mr. Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth and Mr Justice Qaiser Rashid.The summary received from the Prime Ministers office said that the nominations for extension as Additional Judges of Peshawar High Court were received on June 30, 2012 from Secretary Judicial Commission of Pakistan.
