About 3,0,7000 computerized voters tickets had been handed over to Post Department for by-polls NA 151 out of which 11,000 are yet to be delivered.According to sources, 7,000 tickets could not be distributed due to incomplete addresses while 1,015 lingered on due to demise of voters.About 2960 tickers are likely to be divided at night.
