A three-member bench headed by chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case pertaining to the missing persons in Balochistan.Rejecting the plea of counsel of frontier corps (FC) seeking more time, the bench ordered the frontier corps (FC) to decide by today evening if they will produce missing people in court.During the case proceeding, advocate general Balochistan presented the report on Tutak incident.The bench ordered to produce the people who were abducted from Tutak area of Khuzdar district on February 18, 2011.He said people should be presented in court if they have committed any wrongdoing instead of taking them into custody in an illegal manner.Chief justice asked chief secretary of the province why sense of self deprivation is on the rise among the Balochis. He said a new system should be introduced from the lower level.The chief secretary replied that poverty is the main cause of self deprivation, adding that the issues of the peoplehave increased with NFC award. He said the province needs certified officers who know how to investigate the cases of crime.Meanwhile, DCO Khuzdar said 10-12 groups were involved in cases of abduction in the city.
