Summary The met office has forecasted rain in several areas of Punjab during the next 24 hours.
Weather is expected to remain hot and humid in Lahore and Faisalabad on Wednesday. The onset of heavy rainfall is expected from July 13. Several areas of upper Punjab including Islamabad, Kashmir and adjoining areas received rain in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, weather remained hot in Karachi while drizzle is expected in few areas today. At least 10 people were injured in different incidents due to slipperiness in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Maximum temperature was recorded as 47 degree centigrade in Dalbadin on Wednesday.Temperature in other major cities was recorded as:Forty degree Celsius in Islamabad, Faisalabad and Gilgit, thirty nine in Lahore and Muzaffarabad, forty two in Peshawar, forty three in Multan, thirty six in Karachi and twenty five degree centigrade was recorded in Murree.
