Summary NOC has been made compulsory for pilgrims and workers going to Iran from KP and tribal areas.
After the Turbat massacre, in a notification sent to Home Sectary KPK, Punjab, Sindh and Fata Secretariat, the Interior Ministry has made mandatory the procurement of NOC for workers and pilgrims going to Iran and stern action would be taken against the violators.Balochistan government has sent recommendation in this regard to Interior Ministry, which would be implemented after a brief ban on visits to Iran.
