Summary Bodies of four others were found in the province yesterday, CJP said.

The Supreme Court at its Quetta registry on Monday resumed the hearing of a petition on the law and order situation and human rights violations in Balochistan.During today’s proceeding, families of missing persons recorded their statements.Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that mutilated bodies start to surface whenever the bench hears the case in QuettaHe said bodies of four others, whose cases were being heard, were found in the province yesterday.The CJP remarked the law and order situation in Balochistan province is highly disturbed.The Advocate General told court that four out of 155 missing persons have been recovered while three persons involved in killing 24 Ulema and scholars have been arrested.The Supreme Court also rejected a report submitted by the Ministry ofDefence.
