Islamabad: Malik raids check posts

Advisor to PM on Interior Rehman Malik on Sunday suspended several police officials on negligence.

The advisor in his private vehicle raided several police check posts specially established by the capital police keeping in view the long march of Defa-e-Pakistan Council and suspended officials of five check posts who did not stop his vehicle for checking.Rehman Malik took immediate action against them and directed DIG (Security) for inquiry.
