Syed Qamar Raza Naqvi was shot dead by unknown armed people in FC area of Liaquatabad on Saturday night.Political, social personalities and a large number of the people offered the funeral prayer.Qamar Raza was serving as sub-inspector in Intelligence Bureau (IB).He left behind four sons.
