Summary Case has been registered against FIA Director General Fayaz Laghari on Supreme Court order.
The case No 106 has been registered in Secretariat police station under Section 192, 193 and 197.The FIA officials had provided wrong information in dual nationality case regarding Member National Assembly Tariq Mehmood Alwana.At this, the Supreme Court ordered to register a case against Director General FIA.
