Summary LHC extended interim bail of 4 accused including federal minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin till July 9.
Two-member of Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench’s Justice Shahid Dar and Justice Chaudhry Muhammad Younas conducted hearing of Ephedrine quota case on Tuesday.The ANF produced record of the case in the court and said that Makhdoom Shahabuddin has not made him part and parcel of inquiry.At this, the court had directed the federal minister to appear in the court on next hearing.The court also extended the interim bail of Danas Pharma’s ex-director Rizwan Ahmad, Director General Health Rasheed Juma and Deputy Director Drug Abdussattar Sorani till July 9.
