Summary Supreme Court resumed hearing of dual-nationality case on Tuesday.
The Supreme Court during hearing of the dual-nationality case on Tuesday suspended the membership of PML-N MNA Muhammad Jamil Malik.A three member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case.Muhammad Jamil Malik – who was elected from NA-107 constituency of Gujrat – admitted that he has nationality of the Netherlands.The case hearing has been adjourned till Wednesday.
