Summary LHC has issued detailed verdict over the issue of president Zardari holding dual offices.
A seven-page detailed verdict stated that president Zardari didn’t comply with the orders of full bench even after a year, adding that it is an obligation for the president to follow court orders.The verdict said that meetings of his political party cannot be held in presidency under the law and constitution.The verdict ordered that the president should leave one office by September 5.The court has reissued notice to president Zardari’s principal secretary.
