Summary Government has approved to release funds of Rs 5 billion out of bailout package for Steel Mills.
Cabinet’s special committee held a meeting with the chair of Federal Minister for Finance Dr Abdul Hafiz Shaik in order to review the bailout package of Steel Mills and approved releasing of Rs 5 billion.Ex-prime minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani had approved Rs 11.25 billion as bailout package out of which Rs six billion already had been released.A few days ago, the Steel Mills had demanded further amount to cope with crucial situation.
