Summary The LHC has granted interim bail to of federal minister Shahabuddin for six days in ephedrine case.
The Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench Justice Ijaz Afzal and Justice Baqir Ali Najfi conducted hearing of the case. The court while accepting the interim bail of Makhdoom Shahabuddin has ordered him to submit surety bond of Rs 1,00,000 in the court.The court was adjourned till July 3 with the order that Shahabuddin must appear before the court in person on due date.Before this, lower court has issued arrest warrants of Makhdoom Shahabuddin who had to get interim bail from Peshawar High Court.
