Summary The power supply of Faisalabad Railway Colony has been disconnected due to non-payment of bills.
Railway Department Faisalabad is defaulter of two months’ charges worth 3.5 million. The FESCO issued notices to the department again and again but in vain.As last option, the FESCO disconnected power supply to the government offices and residential colonies, causing difficulties for local population.On the other hand railway engines also could not be refreshed due to lack of water. It has badly affected transportation of rail service.
